Effective Date: July 26, 2026

AIQuickSpot respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and content providers to do the same.

1. DMCA Safe Harbor Statement

AIQuickSpot operates primarily as an AI tools directory, search index, and content aggregation platform.

Where applicable, we seek to qualify for the protections afforded by Title 17, United States Code, Section 512 of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").

We act in good faith to respond promptly to valid copyright infringement notices and to remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material when appropriate.

Nothing in this Policy constitutes an admission that any material is infringing.

2. Fair Use

AIQuickSpot may display:

  • brief excerpts,
  • product names,
  • logos,
  • screenshots where authorized or lawfully used,
  • commentary,
  • educational summaries,
  • comparative analysis,
  • AI-generated descriptions,
  • publicly available factual information.

Such use may be made in reliance on applicable fair use principles or other lawful exceptions under copyright law.

  8. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the original complainant. Unless the complainant files an action seeking a court order within the period prescribed by the DMCA, we may restore the removed material in accordance with applicable law.

7. Repeat Infringer Policy

AIQuickSpot maintains a policy of terminating, restricting, or blocking access for users, submitters, or other parties who are determined, in appropriate circumstances, to be repeat copyright infringers.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend access at our sole discretion where repeated or egregious infringement is identified.

8. Misrepresentations

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing (or was removed by mistake) may be subject to legal liability.

Please ensure that all notices and counter-notices are accurate and submitted in good faith.

9. Reservation of Rights

AIQuickSpot reserves the right to:

  • investigate alleged infringement;
  • remove or retain content where appropriate;
  • request additional documentation;
  • reject fraudulent, incomplete, or abusive notices;
